Virtual Training & Coaching
Having an integrated approach to training infuses research into our delivery system to maximize impact and skill gain. ACJI has available on-demand workshops you can access to help build your skills in areas that make the most impact. After you complete the online course, you can engage in a one-on-one virtual coaching session with an ACJI coach. Agencies can work with ACJI to build customized learning experiences and coaching packages to meet all of their organizational needs.
Learn@Work™ Virtual Skill Building
ACJI offers a wide range of virtual, integrated training and coaching opportunities through their Learn@Work™ series. We offer Learn@Work™ opportunities for both direct service providers and organizational leaders that are designed to give you the tools and strategies you need to do your best work. Through our virtual platform, participants can access these sessions from anywhere with an internet connect, eliminating the time and costs associated with traditional training. There are 4 skill based Learn@Work™ platforms for case managers, leadership, all staff self care, and Motivational Interviewing:
