ACJI offers the following Learn@Work™ opportunities:

Lead@Work™

Lead@Work™ is targeted toward supervisors and leaders and provides live, interactive training in the application of implementation science pillars and advanced coaching topics. Every month, we will introduce a new topic and offer a 30 minute live virtual training session where participants will experience the content, engage with facilitators to ask questions, and leave with strategies to immediately apply the content to their work. Each session is facilitated live, once a month and is also made available through our virtual library. This virtual training format increases accessibility to content, strategies and tools while eliminating the barriers created by traditional training settings.

Innovate@Work™

Innovate@work™ is designed for direct service providers to access from their personal computer. Every month, we will introduce a new and research-based skill building topic and offer two (2), 30-minute, live interactive training sessions where participants will see the skill-based tool or strategy demonstrated, engage with facilitators to ask questions, and leave with a simple-to-use guide to apply the tool into their work. Facilitated live twice a month, Innovate@Work is also available through our virtual library. Innovate@work brings the content, tools and strategies that you need to be successful with your client to the comfort of your home or office.

Self Care@Work™

Self Care@Work™ is accessible to all staff from their personal computer. Every month, we will introduce a new self-care tool or strategy in one (1), 30-minute live virtual session. Participants will experience interactive content while learning different ways to apply it with themselves, their families, and those around them and receive a simple-to-use guide that they can take with them for future use. Sessions are facilitated live and are available through our virtual library. This virtual training format increases accessibility to the tools and eliminates the time and cost of travel for typical trainings.

MI@Work™

MI@Work™ is designed for anyone that has basic knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and is accessible to all staff from their personal computer. Every month, we will introduce a new tool or strategy to build your MI skills in one (1), 30-minute live virtual session. Participants will experience interactive content while learning different ways to apply it with their clients, their families, and those around them and receive a simple-to-use guide that they can take with them for future use. Sessions are facilitated live and are available through our virtual library. This virtual training format increases accessibility to the tools and eliminates the time and cost of travel for typical trainings.
