Dynamic Implementation: Implementation Science Simplified

The goal of this course is to give you a brief overview of implementation science and how people, data, leadership and culture impact the outcomes of your organization’s programs and innovation efforts. In this course we will be reviewing ACJI's implementation assessment tool that you can use to measure implementation progress. After the course is completed you can have a 60 minute coaching session with a member from the ACJI coaching staff.

Goal Planning

The objective of this training is to explore the role of goal planning in your program and organization. Some areas of thought and discussion for you and your team to frame and apply the content of this presentation include; How do you determine goals and keep them meaningful? How are goals connected to assessed needs and strengths? How do you keep track of and follow up on goals? How do goals impact what you actually do with participants when you meet with them? Motivational Interviewing 101: Spirit & Skills

Motivational Interviewing, or MI, is a person-centered, goal-oriented method of communication for eliciting and strengthening intrinsic motivation for positive change. Developed by William Miller and Stephen Rollnick, MI is an empirically supported intervention to help people resolve ambivalence about change by evoking intrinsic motivation and commitment. In the Motivational Interviewing 101 course, we will be focusing on the spirit and skills of an MI interview. After the course is completed you can have a 60 minute coaching session with a member from the ACJI coaching staff.

The goal of this training is to help you identify practical ways to increase wellness in your life that are meaningful and relevant to what wellness means for you. To accomplish that goal, you will need some time to focus on brainstorming and setting goals and practice some of the tools provided throughout the course. After the course is completed you can have a 60 minute coaching session with a member from the ACJI coaching staff.

Staying SAFE in Crisis

Staying SAFE is a course on understanding and addressing crisis situations. In this course we will share information about common causes of crisis and introduce you to SAFE, a model that you can apply to crisis situations to help keep you and everyone around you safe. After the course is completed you can have a 60 minute coaching session with a member from the ACJI coaching staff.

Understanding Trauma

Understanding Trauma is a course on understanding, preventing and addressing trauma for ourselves and others. In this course we will share information about trauma, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout. We will also share information about how you can help those who have experienced trauma and care for yourself. After the course is completed you can have a 60 minute coaching session with a member from the ACJI coaching staff.
